marcfaubeau

Sutton Kersh's latest Liverpool property auction generated £7.2m in sales, taking total receipts for the year to £37m. The auction last week, which was its fourth of the year, saw more than 30% of the lots, worth a total of £3m, sold prior to the auction. The rest of the sales came on the day during the live-streamed event. Cathy Holt, associate director at Sutton Kersh Auctions, said: “Properties are still attractive investments for many. We have seen a rise in first-time buyers who are looking for a project to be a home to make their own, which in most cases is cheaper for them too.”
